Have your say and enrol to be part of the Fareham e-panel by completing our online registration form.

To join the e-panel you must be a resident of Fareham, 16 years or over and have an e-mail address which we can use to contact you.

We will need to gather some personal and sensitive information about you in order to balance the panel to reflect a wide variety of views and opinions from across the borough. Please read the terms and conditions and data protection statement before submitting your registration form.

We will ask e-panel members to complete surveys about a range of services provided by the various organisations which form Fareham’s Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) – networkfareham.

Networkfareham brings together all the agencies, organisations, businesses, voluntary and community groups working in, and for, the local community. The main objective of networkfareham is to set a common vision for Fareham and coordinate and drive delivery of local services, ensuring that by working together it improves the quality of life for the residents of Fareham.

So far we have attracted a good balance of people to join the e-panel but are slightly under-represented in the younger age group so would particularly welcome more under 35s. They could be single/married/co-habiting; renting/buying their own home/living at home with parents; student/working/not working.
